He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Jeff, Velma Blevins and Kit Carson Main; his cousin Chris Blevins; and his nephew Ryan Viers.

He is survived by : his parents, Delbert Blevins and Brenda Blevins of Bristol, TN; his siblings, Tony Blevins of Bristol, TN, Stephanie Cornett (Lee) of North Carolina and Sarah Blevins of Bristol, TN; and his grandmother Annie Main of Shady Valley, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
