She is survived by: her pet Baylee; her husband Bill Morefield; her daughter Lori Blevins; her siblings, Gay Ward (Roger), Gladys Smith and Tracy Ward (Sandy); her grandchildren, Hunter Buchanan (Kelsey) and Brian Blevins; her great grandchildren, Emarie and Peyton Buchanan; her siblings' children, Clark Ward and Lisa Mann; and her close friend Brenda Roark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
