She is survived by: her children-in-law, Pat Icenhour, Paul Harper (Brenda) and Phyllis Icenhour (Bill); her grandchildren, Kim Hayworth (Kevin), Bev Gambill (Melanie), Sam Icenhour (Deena), Johnny Hatfield (Katherine), Wayne Gambill (Ladeana), Billy Icenhour (Jennifer), Shannon Hyatt (Jason), Billy Joel Hatfield (Anna), Dustin Osborne (Beth), Brad Lynn Osborne (Amanda), Rachel Osborne (Tim) and Jana Osborne; her stepgrandchildren, Scott Harper (Brenda), Joseph (Amber) and Sheena Smith; her great grandchildren, Megan Adams (Matt), Zack Hayworth (Brittany), Sadie Visser (Derrick), Clay Fletcher, Connor Icenhour (Kayleigh), Samuel Icenhour (Eden), Anne Stewart, Everett, Frances Hatfield, Tyler, Bryson, Mason Gambill, Sam, Teddy, John Hyatt, Thurman, Rhiannon, Ryleigh Icenhour, Henry, Charlie, Pete Hatfield, Peyton, Knox, Flora, Holland Osborne, Sidney and Eva Glenn (Wayne); her great great grandchildren, Knox, Behr, Summit Hayworth, Cash, Caroline Adams, Parker, Patton Lundy, Lincoln Visser and Ellie Joel Icenhour; her sibling's children, Shirley Potter, Judy, Joyce Icenhour, Doug, Charles, Darrel Osborne and Douglas Winters; her friend Betty Kate Maze of Women's Sunday; her caregivers, Shannon Brown, Peggy Johnson and Callie Smith; and also Callahan Icenhour. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
