He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank and Kollar; his wife Jeanne; and his siblings, Florence (Sheridan), Claire (Herman), Frank and Augustine.
He is survived by : his children, Cheryl Smith (Scott), Rudiann Coleman and David Kollar; his grandchildren, Charles, Ryan, Joshua (Smith), Stephanie and Valerie (Coleman); and his great grandchildren, Ambrie, Jeanne and Revel.
Rudy was a lover of animals, so in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either: Rescue DOG and End-of-Life Sanctuary, 977 Harbin Hill Road, Mountain City, TN 37683 or the Humane Society.
