She was predeceased by : her parents, Ronnie Church and Ramona Roark Church; her grandparents, Emit, Betty Payne Roark and Flora Olive Hall Church; and her aunt Betty Ann Nichols Morris.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Church of Mountain City, Tennessee and Adam Church of Johnson City, Tennessee; her siblings, Cindy Church of Mountain City, Tennessee and Marty Church of West Tennessee; and her close friends, Linda Smith and Robin Ellison.
