He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toth and Juliana Toth; his siblings, Francis Toth, John Toth, Helen Dudnikoff and Julie Holley; and his stepson Jess William Wooldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Zelma Toth; his stepdaughter Diane Myers (Jeffrey); his daughter-in-law Carolyn P. Wooldridge; his grandchildren, Lisa Carr, Tracy Ayers and David Wooldridge; his great grandchildren, Chris Carr, James Slayton (Hayley), Kayla Wooldridge, Seth Wooldridge, Taylor Ayers, Luke Ayers and Alex Myers; and his great great grandchild Anslee Noelle Weir-Slayton.
