He is survived by: his children, Aaron Baxter (Rhonda), Adam Baxter (Esther), Anna Crowe (Bryan) and Andrew Baxter (Ruth); his grandchildren, Caleb, Emma, Ariana, Kaylee, Malachi, Molly, Micah, Megan and Rylie; and his siblings, Benny Baxter and Linda Jones (Jessie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
