He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Don Wells and Jessie Jean Smith-Wells. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jordan Wells; his children, Ashley Heun (Art), Anthony "Chip" Wells (Chelsey) and Connor Wells; his grandchildren, Alex VanVelsor, Caroline Heun and Patrick "Poppi" Heun; his sister Donna Osborne (Frank); and his nephew Josh Spurlock.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
