He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hendricks Bice; his children, Donna Kappel (Bruce), Bruce Bice (Annie) and David Bice; his grandchildren, Colin Kappel, Austin Kappel, Nicole Bice and Jacob Bice; and his brothers, Floyd Bice and Robert Bice. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
