He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Lee and Eva Heath Spinks, Sr.; his wife Billie Jean Spinks (Boger); and his grandson Tyler Morrissey. He is survived by: his children, Lee Spinks (Cindy) and Melinda Morrissey (John); his grandchildren, Micah Morrissey (Robyn) and Kate Morrissey; his great grandchildren, Emmett and Margot Morrissey; his brother Dean L. Spinks; and his parent-in-law Billie.
Due to safety during the Covid-19 pandemic, there will not be a service at this time.
