She is survived by: her husband David Hayes; her children, Emily Beth Harper (Jason), Kimberly Ann Daubenspeck and Jason Edward Hayes (Karen); her grandchildren, Caleb James Hayes, Katelyn Elizabeth Harper, Colby Ryan Harper, Allie Mae Dabney, Cameran Alyssa Hayes and Jayden Paige Hayes; her mother Allie Mae Frizzell; her sister Dianne Hayes; her nephews, Todd Hayes (Cassie) and Taylor Hayes (Jenny); and her great-nieces, Courtney, Shelby and Lillie Hayes.
