He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rogers and Ruth Rogers; and his sisters, Elizabeth Rogers Yearwood and Peggy Rogers Bean. He is survived by: his wife Joy Phifer Rogers; and his siblings, Jack Rogers of Arlington, TX and Bobbie Rogers Towery of Asheville, NC. He is also survived by son; a daughter; two stepsons; two stepdaughters; thirteen step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren.
