He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Russell and Mary Jane Grandstaff Hall; his son Billy Charles Hall II (Chip); and his brother Nelson Eugene Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Hall of Murfreesboro, TN and Teri Pinkston of Goodlettsville, TN; his stepson Dennis Ravella (Cindy); his sister Janice; his brother-in-law Bobby Kelley of Lebanon; and his close friend Sue Cottar. He is also survived by four granddaughters and their spouses and 15 great-grandchildren; two nieces and their spouses and two nephews.
