He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Elam "Pluck" Miller and Leila Mae Johnson Miller; his former wife Betty Ray Clark Miller; and his brother Ira Bradford Miller, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wenger Miller; his children, Laura Miller Follis (Mark) of Murfreesboro, Mary Lynn Miller of Annapolis, MD, William Crawford "Bill" Miller, Jr. of Murfreesboro and David Clark Miller (Kathy) of Orlando, FL; his granddaughters, Rachel Follis Dominy (Nathaniel), Caroline Miller Follis and Hayley Frances Miller; his siblings, Edward Elam "Ebby" Miller, Jr. (Betty), Frances Miller Faulkinberry and Brad; his father-in-law Charlie Clark, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Charlie Clark, III. He is also survived by his siblings and numerous nieces, nephews.
