He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Reece Hays and Margreete Brandon Hays; his wife Marie Hays; his children, Linda Gordon (Al) and Tom Hays (Debbie); and his brother Ed Hays of Murfreesboro. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as a host of other loving family and friends.
