He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd A. Evans, Sr. and Lois Evelyn Natal Evans. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Owen Evans; his children, Trey Evans (Tracy) and Lynn Evans Jacobs (Rob) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Austin Evans (Jessica) of Auburn, AL, Alexis of Murfreesboro, TN., Avery of Murfreesboro, TN., Asher Evans of Murfreesboro, TN., Michael of Murfreesboro, TN. and Ryan Jacobs of Murfreesboro, TN..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, or the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital Foundation in memory of Mr. Evans.
