He is survived by: his mother Estell Payton Blanchard; his wife Theresa Blanchard; his children, Susan Waterman of Arlington, WA, Linda McCoy of Placentia, CA, Jannette Dickerson of Lebanon and Michael Blanchard (Debra) of Murfreesboro; and his siblings, Christine Sauer of Owensboro, KY and Alfred Randall Blanchard. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 grandchildren.
