He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ernest and Effie Louise Brewer Waggoner; and his brother Willie Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Janice Waggoner; his sons, Danny Waggoner (Heather) of Troy, MO, Tommy Waggoner, Brian Waggoner (Amy Jones) and Derrick Waggoner (Meghan); his niece Tina Arriaga of Murfreesboro; and his sister Sara Waggoner of St. Louis, MO.
