He is survived by: his wife Sue Carr; his children, Charles Andrew Carr (Theresa) of Eldersburg, MD and Deborah Elaine Otten (Tony) of West Bend, WI; his siblings, William Curtis Carr (Nettie) of Hopewell, VA, David Lee Carr (Janice) of Manassas, VA and Mildred Elizabeth Satterfield of Farmville, VA; and his grandchildren, Austin Carr, Adam Carr, Journey Hargrove and Erica Otten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
