She was predeceased by: her brother Rick Fitzgerald. She is survived by: her parents, Freddie Fitzgerald and Nancy Fitzgerald of Murfreesboro; her children, Chelsie Augustin of Murfreesboro and Caleb Augustin of Pensacola, FL; her sister Teresa Fitzgerald-Rossman (Jeff) of Nashville; and the father of her children David Augustin of Murfreesboro.
