He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Davis and Erma Carter Davis; and his daughter Lisa Marie Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gray Davis; his sons, Dave Davis, Jr. of Murfreesboro, TN and Gray Davis of New York City; his granddaughter Carter Marie Miller (Matt) of Murfreesboro; and his sisters, Mary Mowry and Debbie Horonzak.
