He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Brand and Celia Brand (Wolfe); and his wife Rosanne Read Brand. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Phillips (Claude) and David R. Brand; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Sarah Phillips.
