She is survived by: her husband Larry Glenn O'Neal; her children, Stephanie Dawn Coltharp (Jeremiah Keith) and Derek Bryan O'Neal of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Spencer O'Neal, Emily O'Neal, Tyler Coltharp, Lauren Coltharp, Isaac Marthin and Brady O'Neal; and her sister Phyllis Carmen of Mt. Juliet.
