She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Rayn and Sammie Rayn; her husband Harvey Newman; her children, Joyce Langehenke (Benno) of Murfreesboro, Martha Gibson of Murfreesboro and Kenneth Newman (Jessie) of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Kimberly Hackney (Chris) of Murfreesboro and Tyler Newman (Jennifer) of Nashville; her great grandchildren, Rancie Ervin (Torrey) of Christiana, Kenya Hackney, Davenport of Murfreesboro and Nora Newman of Nashville; her great great grandchild Kinsley Edwards of Christiana; her sister Marie Trail (Charles); and her niece Lori Trail of Murfreesboro.
