She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Oliver and Susie Oliver; her husband Thomas B. Millard Sr.; her son Richard Wayne Millard; her granddaughter Dana Brooke Millard; her son-in-law Bobby R. Smith; and her siblings, Sherman Oliver, Joe Ed Oliver, Howard Oliver, Billy Oliver, Irene Oliver, Grace Albritton, Annie Lou Adcock, Odessa Binkley and Allie Habick.

She is survived by : her children, Thomas Millard (Carol), Charles Millard (Brenda), Karen Alford (Billy), Suzanne England (Ricky) and Burdah Marie Smith; her daughter-in-law Nancy Schultz Millard; her grandchildren, Thomas Smith, Holly Miner, Shelley Cox, Ricky England, Rachel England, Maymie McCrary, Cory Alford and Mandy Bolzman; her great grandchildren, Allyssa, Charlie Cox, Kimberly, Payton Miner, Holden England and Lily Alford; and her brothers, Jimmy Oliver and Ray Oliver.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home and Cremation (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (5350 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129).
