He is survived by: his wife Patty Taylor Slaubaugh; his children, Shannon Hayes (Shane), Ryan Slaubaugh (Alice) of Cecilia Ky, Jacob Slaubaugh of Morgantown Ky, Jaclyn Langford (Michael) of Bardstown Ky, Robert Slaubaugh and Thomas Slaubaugh; his sister Linda West (Tommy) of Morgantown Ky; his grandchildren, Austin, Kayla, Savannah, Alexis, Emma, Samuel, Leah and Preston; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Ben and Amanda Langford.
