She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Bullough and Dorothy E. Bullough; her sister-in-law Melva Jean Hutchins; and her parents-in-law, Mildred Bailey and Onnie Otto Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Dwayne W. Bailey; her children, Sharron Bailey Deal (Richard Shane), Dean Bailey (Cathy) and Dennis Bailey (Debbie); her grandchildren, Tressa Bushert (Chad), Bailey Todd, Tyler Todd (Vera), Justin Bailey, Jarred Bailey, Joshua Shipley (Glenda), Nicole Bailey, Bryan Bailey and Dustin Shipley (Ashley); and her brother William R. Bullough (Angela). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
