He is survived by: his children, Jason Brannan, Christopher Brannan, Ada Elisa Brannan-Ramsey, Ana María Brannan, Venus Niner, Sheila Brannan Longo and George Allen Brannan; his siblings, Sherry Tiedt, Rodney Brannan, Jonathan Brannan, Linda Bennett, Patricia Rohling, Georgiana McCollum and Nancy Taylor; his grandchildren, Maximillian Brannan, Alexander Brannan, Mary Brannan, Anna Brannan, Thomas Brannan, Patrick Brannan, Philip Hudson, Reyna Elisa Niner, Amelia Niner, Genevieve Hickey, Lucas Hickey, Zachary Ramsey-DeWerff, Adrienne Moul, Brandon Ramsey, Ethan Brannan, Isabel Brannan and Sean Brannan; and his great grandchildren, Christian Brannan, Michael Brannan, Jameson Brannan, Nicholas Brannan, Benjamin Brannan, Joseph Brannan, Laine Gutierrez, Lucia Gutierrez, Enoch Gutierrez, Philomena Gutierrez, Amara Hudson, Kali Ramsey, Aislin Moul, Zoe Moul, Ellie Moul and Lily Moul.
He also fought in Vietnam where he was exposed to Agent Orange, which likely caused the Parkinson's disease that devastated the last years of his life.
