She is survived by: her mother Margaret Woodard Vance of Gordonsville, TN.; her sons, Peyton Blair (Makayla Easterwood) of Smithville, TN, Jamos Paul Blair (Brianna) of Gordonsville, TN and Caleb Allen Emison of Murfreesboro, TN.; her grandchildren, Brian Wright, Izabella Grace Blair, Piper Allison Blair, Penelope Lynette Blair and Gunnar Easterwood; her siblings, Yvonne Grisham (Roger) of Gordonsville, TN, Sam Vance (Priscilla) of Smyrna, TN and Mark Vance (Lisa) of Woodbury, TN.; and her partner Damon "Dee" Ward.

The family requests memorials be made to assist with funeral expenses.
