Warnack; her children, Michael Warnack of Murfreesboro and Karen Campbell (Randall) of Murfreesboro; her sister Wanda Simms; her grandchildren, Allison Goforth, Lori Lehmann and Tyler Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Goforth, Hunter Lehmann, Tripp Goforth and Haden Lehmann.
