He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amelia Ballieul and Arthur Bourlard; his children, Michele Russell (Bill) of Murfreesboro, TN and Kevin Bourlard (Ruth) of Shakopee, MN.; his grandchildren, Ryan Russell (Chenoa), Kristen Russell and Britni Welle (Michael Welle); his great grandchildren, Emmy Welle, Lucas Welle and Emerie Russell; and his wife Amazon.
