He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Kelly and Odell Rose Hill Kelly; and his siblings, Clayton Kelly, Shirley Uselton and Kay Syler.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kelly; his children, Richard Kelly, Kenneth Kelly (Pam) and Debra Bartz (Kevin); and his sister Cindy Hines (Nelson). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
