She is survived by: her husband George Schmidt; her daughters, Sonya Heischberg (Edmund) and Gretchen Johnson (James); her grandchildren, Emma, Aiden Johnson and Erik Heischberg; and her siblings, Rosaline Spray, Louise Crosslin and Arthur Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
