He was predeceased by: his parents, Wylie Fennell and Erma Fennell (McCoy); and his siblings, Donna and Elder. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Sharon Parker (Neil), Joey Fennell (Vicki), Tommy Fennell (Shannon) and Dawn Tunstall (Scott); his grandchildren, Christopher, Ashleigh, Matthew (Katie), Charlotte, MacKenzie, Zachary, Lauren, Leslie and Joseph; his great grandchildren, Parker, Porter, Chase and Gracie Mae; and his siblings, June, Wayne and Roy.
