He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Wade and Lucille Wade; and his siblings, Joy Wade, Juanita Avery, Sylvester Wade and Van Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Kirt Wade (Fabrienne) of Murfreesboro, TN. and Kim Nolan (Brad) of Dyer, TN.; his grandchildren, Jonathan Fields of Charlotte, NC., Zachary Wade, Benjamin Wade of Murfreesboro, TN., Cameron Nolan and Brielyn Nolan of Dyer, TN.; and his siblings, Melvin Wade of Newbern, TN, Billie Wade (Lillie), Katie Huffmon (Albert) of Trenton, TN., Elizabeth Wade, Alma Williamson (Bobby) of Dyer, TN. and Mary Warren of Kenton, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives.
