She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vaughn and Odell Vaughn; and her sister Martha Louise Vaughn. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Kevin Cox (Kelly) of Brentwood, TN and Keith Cox (Beth) of Florence, AL; and her grandchildren, McKenzie, Lauren and Ethan Cox of Brentwood, TN.
