She is survived by: her daughter Joann Carter; her daughter-in-law Sally Bradford Victory; her grandchildren, Courtney Anderson (Billy), Jason Carter (Ashley) and Amberly Hayes (Chase); her great grandchildren, Abbie, Allison Anderson, Audrey, Brooks Carter and Landon Hayes; and her siblings, Janie Hooper and Bobby Joe Barrett.
