He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ricky Blaylock. He is survived by: his parents, Makayla Dosha Patrick and Austin Lane Blaylock; his sister Kylie Blaylock of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandparents, Dosha Wireman, Tyson Wireman of Murfreesboro, TN, Eric Patrick of Plymouth, IN and Ruby Reeves of McMinnville, TN; and his great-grandparents, Robert Salyer, Violet Salyer of Murfreesboro, TN and Jenell-Houchin of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
