He was predeceased by: his parents, Dailey Penny and Lottie Penny. He is survived by: his wife Kay B. Penny; his daughters, Debbie Jordan (Richard) of Australia, Dee Street (Larry) of Portland, TN. and Dianne Phillips (Mike) of Murfreesboro; and his brother Ken Penny (Sonya) of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
