She is survived by: her husband Jack Spitznas; her daughter Karen Darlene Underwood of Murfreesboro; her stepchildren, Jack Spitznas, II of Nashville, Helen Tomasulo of Nashville and Barbara Sheehan (Steve) of Illinois; her son-in-law Jerry Seiber of Columbia; her sisters, Edith Warpool and Bonnie Wood (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Misty Eubank (Daniel), Josh Seiber, Michael Tomasulo (Soyoung) and Justin Seiber (Amanda). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
