She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Bynum and Minnie Lou Mears Bynum; her husband James B. Campbell; and her brothers, Bobby Bynum and Sunny Bynum.

She is survived by: her children, Tammie Diane Campbell of Murfreesboro, Jeffrey Alan Campbell (Margaret) of Murfreesboro, Christopher Lee Campbell (Heather) of Murfreesboro and Larry James Campbell (Darlena) of Smyrna; and her grandchildren, Mindy Angus, Jonathan Jacobs, Nichole Moss, Ashley Campbell, Merissa Waldron, Meranda Farris, Andrew McKnight, Alex Sinvichith and Megan Carter.
