He is survived by: his children, Michael Harrell (Melena), Rocky Harrell (Jamie) and Kimberly Crouch; his sister Susie Mae "Doll" Harrell; his grandchildren, Cody Harrell (Brittany), Michael Harrell, Hannah Harrell, Jacob Harrell, Summer Harrell, Kelton Rietnour, Kambria Ritenour and Blaze McCrary; and his close friend Dawn Stanley. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
