He is survived by: his parent Nannie Lyons Cawthon; his wife Martha Lowery Cawthon; his daughter Renee Ownby of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Jessica Wisdom (Jason) of Murfreesboro and Billy Joe Miller (Kelly) of Murfreesboro; his great grandchildren, Autumn Jacob Wisdom, Alexander Miller and Nicky Adams; and his sister Mary Goad of Illinois.
