He is survived by: his wife Anne Dark Underhill; his children, David Underhill of McMinnville, James Underhill of Bell Buckle, Dawn Cole (Thomas) of Murfreesboro and Dala Jernigan of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Denton Cole of Murfreesboro, Rachel Cole of Murfreesboro, Danielle Cunningham (Dustin) of Murfreesboro, Lyndsay McIntyre (Gifford) of Murfreesboro, Lesley Jernigan of Murfreesboro and Luke Jernigan of Bradyville; his great grandchildren, Liam McIntyre and Jack Cunningham; his brother Wayne Underhill (Polly) of Murfreesboro; and his sister-in-law Donna Underhill of McMinnville.
