It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Matthew Poynter (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Poynter and Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Poynter; his sister Heather Dugan (Wes) of Murfreesboro; and his nieces, Brooke, Taylor and McKenzie.
