He was predeceased by: his son David Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Melina; his children, Amanda Doughty (Andrew), Russell Forbes, Courtney Porter (Brent) and Brianna Harris; his parents, James Forbes and Joyce Forbes; and his sister Jennifer Uhles (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
