He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amelia Bozeman and Randy Bozeman of Murfreesboro; his grandparents, Ruby of Alabama, Randall Bozeman of Alabama, Tony of Alabama, Brenda King of Alabama and Jane Nunley of Alabama; and his siblings, Alexandra Sharp (Davis) of Murfreesboro, Ava Bozeman of Murfreesboro and William Bozeman of Murfreesboro.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of James may be made to the First Baptist Church Youth Ministry or to the Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital Foundation.
