He is survived by: his wife Alice Fay Kelton Goodwin; his son Greg Goodwin of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Eric Goodwin of Murfreesboro, TN, Jase Taylor of Mt. Juliet, TN, Kendell Briggs of Antioch, TN and Bethany Goodwin of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
