He is survived by: his parent Evangeline Willie Davis Gowen; his daughters, Debra Avalon of Nashville, TN and Kimberly England (Jerry) of Murfeesboro, TN; his siblings, Bill Gowen of Atlanta, GA and Mickey Abernathy of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Amy Beth Ghee, Amanda Arnold and Justin Gilley; and his great grandchildren, Jenna Ghee and Giavonna Ghee.
