He is survived by: his wife Karen Sloan; his son Jay Sloan of Murfreesboro; his stepson Jeremy Ray of Seabrook, TX; his grandson Corbin Sloan; and his siblings, Maxie Sloan (Fran) of South Carolina, Joyce Clark (Jimmy) of Cedar Hill, Brenda Horne (Frank) of Mt. Juliet, Linda Miller (Brian) of Watertown and Gary Sloan (Michelle) of Arrington.
